SPRINGFIELD, Ore. – After nearly a month off from competition, the Boise State men’s and women’s cross country teams opened October with a bang, placing second and third, respectively, at the highly touted Bill Dellinger Invitational. The unranked Bronco men nearly knocked off No. 4Oregon, finishing just seven points behind the Ducks, while the women finished behind No. 7 Washington and No. 5 Oregon at Springfield Country Club, Saturday (Oct. 5).
