Walker's Pace: Ducks No. 8, 17 Heading into Dellinger Tuesday, September 27, 2011 Oregon heads into this Saturday's Bill Dellinger Invitational ranked eighth on the men's side and 17th for the women in the latest USTFCCCA poll. Wisconsin, among the teams competing in the Dellinger meet, continued to be ranked No. 2 in the men's poll, a spot behind Oklahoma State. A number of regionally ranked squads will also compete in the Dellinger. In the women's competition, Wisconsin is ranked No. 6 in the Great Lakes Region, Southern Utah is No. 10 in the Mountain, Portland is No. 11 in the West, Wichita State in No. 13 in the Midwest, Idaho is No. 13 in the West and Oregon State is No. 15 in the West. For the men, Southern Utah checks in at No. 8 in the Mountain Region and Idaho is No. 12 in the West. The sixth annual Bill Dellinger Invitational will be held Saturday at the Springfield Country Club. The women race at 10:30 a.m. and the men go off at 11:15 a.m.
The Ducks will be hosting the annual Bill Dellinger Invitational as its only home meet during the 2011 cross country season.. 2011 Bill Dellinger Invitational Teams Directions to the Spectator Parking Lot Spectator parking will be at the Mohawk Elementary School on Sunderman Road. Signs will be posted on the roads directing traffic to the park-and-ride lot at Mohawk Elementary School. More news |
