Dellinger Invitational and 'The Magician' Set For Friday

Friday morning, the University of Oregon Bill Dellinger Cross Country Invitational will be held at Springfield Country Club. 

The Ducks cross country teams, back from a training camp in Central Oregon, will take on Portland, UC Davis, Seattle U and Nevada (women only). 

The meet annually honors Dellinger, a three-time Olympian and 1964 bronze medalist, who coached at Oregon for three decades. Dellinger, 84, still resides in Eugene in the hills southeast of Hayward Field.

Then, at 7 p.m., there is a free screening of the new Dellinger biopic "The Magician," which will be shown at McArthur Court.
